Purpose: To help improve Committee effectiveness and inclusiveness, and the support provided to CPATA committees, the Governance Committee invites you to provide confidential feedback on your experience as a CPATA committee member. De-identified results will be reviewed by the Chairs of the Board and Governance Committee as well as the CEO, and general feedback provided to Committees and the Board. The results may help inform committee terms of reference, skills matrices, future appointments and training.
