Decision of the Discipline Committee – Alpesh Patel

IN THE MATTER of a hearing of an application by the Investigations Committee of the

CPATA’s Board of Directors approved a 25% reduction to Class 1 and Class 2 patent agent

CPATA is developing resources to support supervised practice. Based on the results of a survey

CPATA’s 2025 Annual Report was tabled in Parliament on May 1, 2026.  2025 marked the

CPATA is seeking expressions of interest to fill 3 positions (1 licensee and 2 non-licensees)
