The College of Patent Agents and Trademark Agents Investigations Committee gives notice that under s. 37.1(1) of the CPATA Act, Nicholas Cartel of the firm Cartel & Bui in Toronto, Ontario, has had his license to practice as a trademark agent suspended, effective September 23, 2024 and until further notice.
