By order of the Discipline Committee Chair, a contested hearing in relation to the Notice of Application of the Investigations Committee shall be heard on the following dates which have been agreed to by the parties, commencing at 10:00 am ET daily:
- Monday, November 27, 2023,
- Tuesday, November 28, 2023, and
- Thursday, November 30, 2023
This hearing shall be conducted in accordance with the Policy on Conduct of Digital Proceedings as a hearing on the Zoom digital platform open to public viewing through YouTube.
