The College’s By-laws determine how the College is governed; and, how it meets its statutory obligations to regulate in the public interest. They are drafted to reflect a modern risk-based approach to regulation. First line decisions are made by the Register. Where required, there is a right of review; or, the Registrar may refer a matter to one of the regulatory committees.
