By order of the Discipline Committee Chair, a hearing on the penalty in relation to the decision of the Discipline Committee panel in the matter of Eric Fincham will be heard on Friday April 4, 2025 commencing at 10:00 am ET.
Hearings are conducted virtually and streamed on YouTube, in accordance with the Policy on Conduct of Digital Proceedings. Anybody can view a proceeding live online. A link to access the livestream is posted on the Professional Responsibility Proceedings and Decisions webpage under ‘Current Proceedings’ when the hearing has begun.
