The College of Patent Agents and Trademark Agents Investigations Committee gives notice that under s. 37.1(1) of the CPATA Act, Nicholas Cartel of the firm Cartel & Bui in Toronto, Ontario, has entered into a voluntary Undertaking not to engage in the practice of a trademark agent, effective July 18, 2024 and until further notice.
