Cette consultation a \u00e9t\u00e9 suivie en 2025 d\u2019un sondage men\u00e9 aupr\u00e8s des agent(e)s en formation et des superviseur(e)s afin de comprendre la fa\u00e7on dont ils et elles sont expos\u00e9(e)s aux comp\u00e9tences ainsi que les points forts de la supervision et des milieux de travail. Pour faire suite au sondage, le CABAMC cr\u00e9era des ressources visant \u00e0 mieux soutenir les exp\u00e9riences de formation pratique supervis\u00e9e et \u00e0 inculquer les comp\u00e9tences n\u00e9cessaires \u00e0 l\u2019exercice des professions. <\/div><div id=\"field_50_49\" class=\"gfield gfield--type-html gfield--input-type-html gfield--width-full gfield_html gfield_html_formatted gfield_no_follows_desc field_sublabel_below gfield--no-description field_description_below field_validation_below gfield_visibility_visible\"  >Le CABAMC recherche 16\u202fagent(e)s (agent(e)s en formation et superviseur(e)s) pour former un groupe de travail pour l\u2019\u00e9laboration de ressources en mati\u00e8re de formation pratique supervis\u00e9e.  \n\nLe CABAMC recherche 16\u202fagent(e)s (agent(e)s en formation et superviseur(e)s) pour former un groupe de travail pour l\u2019\u00e9laboration de ressources en mati\u00e8re de formation pratique supervis\u00e9e. En juin\u202f2026, ces personnes titulaires de permis devront assister \u00e0 des r\u00e9unions en ligne et r\u00e9pondre \u00e0 des sondages afin de dresser un mod\u00e8le de plan de formation, de bilan interm\u00e9diaire et d\u2019\u00e9valuation sommative pour encadrer le programme de formation pratique supervis\u00e9e. Plus tard cette ann\u00e9e, le CABAMC recherchera des titulaires de permis bilingues (fran\u00e7ais\/anglais) pour r\u00e9viser la traduction des mod\u00e8les.
