Avec l\u2019\u00e9mergence de l\u2019intelligence artificielle g\u00e9n\u00e9rative (IAG, aussi connue sous le nom d\u2019\u00ab IA g\u00e9n\u00e9rative \u00bb), les agent(e)s de brevets et les agent(e)s de marques de commerce s\u2019interrogent \u00e0 nouveau sur l\u2019utilisation appropri\u00e9e des nouvelles technologies. L\u2019IA g\u00e9n\u00e9rative est un type d\u2019intelligence artificielle (IA) qui cr\u00e9e du nouveau contenu au moyen des \u00ab requ\u00eates \u00bb de l\u2019utilisateur(-trice). Bien que l\u2019IA g\u00e9n\u00e9rative puisse apporter des avantages importants, les agent(e)s de brevets et les agent(e)s de marques de commerce doivent d\u00e9terminer la n\u00e9cessit\u00e9, le moment et la fa\u00e7on de d\u00e9ployer de telles technologies en tenant compte de leur propre cadre d\u2019exercice. Tout d\u2019abord, cet article pr\u00e9sente des exemples des premi\u00e8res utilisations de l\u2019IA g\u00e9n\u00e9rative en contexte d\u2019exercice.
