If restrictions are required, a decision with reasons will be provided with instructions for appealing the decision to the Registration Committee; or<\/li><li>Refuse to register the applicant. In this case, a decision with reasons will be provided with instructions for appealing the decision to the Registration Committee; or<\/li><li>Request additional information. In this case, the Registrar was unable to render a decision based on the information provided and will reconsider the application with new submissions.<\/li><\/ol><p>Upon approval of the application, the Registrar must set the effective date for the licence.\u00a0\u00a0<\/p><p><strong><u>Incomplete Applications <\/u><\/strong><\/p><p>Applications will be closed when an applicant:<\/p><ul><li>has not provided the requested documents or information; and<\/li><li>has not demonstrated any attempts or progress towards accessing the requested documents or information within a specified timeframe.<\/li><\/ul><p>Applicants may request an extension of time to submit requested documents or information.<\/p><p>Application fees will not be refunded for applications that are closed.<\/p><p>If an application is closed, a new application, with any supporting documentation and information required at that time, must be filed.<\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t<\/section>\n\t\t\t\t<section class=\"elementor-section elementor-top-section elementor-element elementor-element-17d698e elementor-section-boxed elementor-section-height-default elementor-section-height-default\" data-id=\"17d698e\" data-element_type=\"section\" data-e-type=\"section\">\n\t\t\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-container elementor-column-gap-default\">\n\t\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-column elementor-col-100 elementor-top-column elementor-element elementor-element-8893f1e\" data-id=\"8893f1e\" data-element_type=\"column\" data-e-type=\"column\">\n\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-widget-wrap elementor-element-populated\">\n\t\t\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-939e782 elementor-widget elementor-widget-heading\" data-id=\"939e782\" data-element_type=\"widget\" data-e-type=\"widget\" data-widget_type=\"heading.default\">\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-widget-container\">\n\t\t\t\t\t<h2 class=\"elementor-heading-title elementor-size-default\">PROCEDURES<\/h2>\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-472554f elementor-widget elementor-widget-text-editor\" data-id=\"472554f\" data-element_type=\"widget\" data-e-type=\"widget\" data-widget_type=\"text-editor.default\">\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-widget-container\">\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<ol>\n \t<li>An individual will submit the Agent in Training (Class 3) Registration Application Form, the required application fees and the supporting documentation outlined on the application Checklist.<\/li>\n \t<li>Registration staff will acknowledge receipt of the application, enter the application into College\u2019s membership database, process the application fee and review the application for completion.<\/li>\n \t<li>Registration staff will follow up twice with applicants if documentation or information are missing from their submission, or if additional documentation or information is required for the Registrar\u2019s review.\n<ol style=\"list-style-type: lower-alpha\">\n \t<li>If the applicant does not provide the requested documentation or information within 30 days of the first follow up request, Registration staff will send a second follow up request. If the applicant does not provide the requested documentation or information and has not demonstrated any attempts or progress towards accessing the requested documents or information within 30 days from the second request, the application file will be closed. Applicants whose applications were closed for failure to provide the requested documentation or information will be notified in writing.<\/li>\n \t<li>Applicants may request an extension to submit the requested documents or information to the Director, Registration &amp; Education at <a href=\"mailto:registration-inscription@cpata-cabamc.ca\">registration-inscription@cpata-cabamc.ca<\/a>.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<\/li>\n \t<li>Registration staff will prepare completed applications for the Registrar\u2019s review and decision.<\/li>\n \t<li>The Registrar will consider the application and render a decision.<\/li>\n \t<li>Registration staff will communicate the Registrar\u2019s decision to the applicant, in writing, and will provide instructions for appealing the decision to the Registration Committee should the Registrar decide to deny the application for any reason.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t<\/section>\n\t\t\t\t<section class=\"elementor-section elementor-top-section
