BCX0\">licence<\/span> <span class=\"NormalTextRun SCXW37624093 BCX0\">renewal, <\/span><span class=\"NormalTextRun SCXW37624093 BCX0\">they must answer certain declaration questions <\/span><span class=\"NormalTextRun SCXW37624093 BCX0\">called the \u2018Annual Licensee Report<\/span><span class=\"NormalTextRun SCXW37624093 BCX0\">\u2019<\/span><span class=\"NormalTextRun SCXW37624093 BCX0\">,<\/span><span class=\"NormalTextRun SCXW37624093 BCX0\"> as required by CPATA\u2019s By-laws<\/span><span class=\"NormalTextRun SCXW37624093 BCX0\">. <\/span><span class=\"NormalTextRun SCXW37624093 BCX0\">Starting in <\/span><span class=\"NormalTextRun SCXW37624093 BCX0\">2025, <span data-teams=\"true\"><span class=\"ui-provider a b c d e f g h i j k l m n o p q r s t u v w x y z ab ac ae af ag ah ai aj ak\" dir=\"ltr\">in addition to already existing questions about professional liability insurance, Section 73 By-law compliance and Canadian residence,<\/span><\/span> CPATA <\/span><span class=\"NormalTextRun SCXW37624093 BCX0\">will be adding further questions, both mandatory and voluntary.<\/span><\/span> <span class=\"TextRun SCXW37624093 BCX0\" lang=\"EN-US\" xml:lang=\"EN-US\" data-contrast=\"auto\"><span class=\"NormalTextRun SCXW37624093 BCX0\">These questions will enable CPATA <\/span><span class=\"NormalTextRun SCXW37624093 BCX0\">to <\/span><span class=\"NormalTextRun SCXW37624093 BCX0\">collect <\/span><span class=\"NormalTextRun SCXW37624093 BCX0\">all the <\/span><span class=\"NormalTextRun SCXW37624093 BCX0\">information required by its
