to be considered for 2027 Winter exams is October 30, 2026.<\/p><p>The deadline to register as a Class 3 agent-in-training to be considered for 2027\u202fSpring exams is February 26, 2027.<\/p><p><strong>Trademark Agent Skills Examinations<\/strong><\/p><p>The 2026 Trademark Agent Skills Examination Registration opens May 6, 2026, and the deadline to register is August 7, 2026.<\/p><p>Candidates who demonstrate competency on the Knowledge examination and meet the eligibility requirements mentioned above will be provided with the link to the registration form for the
