The term is not defined in the <em>CPATA Act<\/em>.<\/span><span data-ccp-props=\"{&quot;201341983&quot;:0,&quot;335559739&quot;:160,&quot;335559740&quot;:259}\">\u00a0<\/span><\/p><p><span data-contrast=\"auto\">CPATA has created a policy to describe how we view our responsibilities, and what we concretely mean when we say we regulate in \u2018the public interest.\u2019 This scope of this draft policy is somewhat unique in Canada, in that it encapsulates CPATA\u2019s efforts to define what this term actually means on a practical operational level, and it strives to anchor our regulatory actions to this concept.<\/span><span
